Last week you have learned how to design implementation and management plans. To manage your strategic plans you have to set up communicate with everyone who will involve. You start this with identifying team members of the plan. The first step of the communication could be conducting series of meetings where everybody gets together and you will explain the strategic planning process and how it can be delivered to the community. Then, you will create the first initiative list of all the ideas that everybody has that you are going to want to evaluate. After those meetings your team should have clear assignments around which initiatives they are going to evaluate. After that, you will organize the second set of meetings, where you will prioritize the list with the highest priority initiatives identified. These steps will help you to implement your plan successfully.
Your management plan should include meetings where you will discuss how you are going to deliver your objectives, who will be responsible for implementation, check if the implementation meets the standards or complains with regulations; how the plan will be reported, how you will measure what you are going to deliver, or cost and schedule. For instance, during weekly meeting your team will report about how smoothly the plan is running. If community health workers are your team members who are delivering and observing patients who taking TB drugs, they should give you feedback and share their experiences.
