Philosophy

First, Identify a problem that the US is currently experiencing (racism). Explain what it is.

Then, identify the ethical stances that underlie and support it. What ethical views legitimize and make this situation possible? (think like them, give a strong ethical foundation on why they are right to be racist).

From the ethical foundations of this problem, what solutions might you envision that directly address the ethics that support it? (kill racism with the solution of an ideal government and society. Plato's ideas on leadership and how they should choose their leaders (president))

My obvious assumption here is that ethics lies at the very root of many of the problems facing our country today. If we can correctly identify what those are, we can begin to create solutions to them. This is meant to be an exercise in thinking creatively from an ethics standpoint.
