Introduction 

The process of delivery of care in the nursing practice depends on one skill and knowledge. Sezgin, Huang, Ramtekkar, and Lin (2020) depict that as a nurse, one is supposed to be informed of the qualities that are supposed to be taken into account for the implementation of better healthcare service. The efforts that are put in place in the health setting are supposed to help by improving one’s requirements and skills. This paper aims to examine the strengths and opportunities that I have and a study plan that I intend to use during this quarter.

There are various strengths that I have one of which is the capability to set up a nursing action that is to be taken into account in nursing practice. The actions that are taken are supposed to be followed in handling the needs of patients.
