A 22-year-old girl medically diagnosed with nymphomania last year by her former psychiatrist. Has history of childhood trauma and abuse. The patient did not progress on her maintenance medication, and based on her, “sexual desires are more intense now” The patient stays alone in the bedroom. Has past opioid addiction and was hospitalized. The session’s purpose was to describe the patient’s sexual preferences and develop diversion activities to redirect her mind while sexual desires were targeted.
