Analysis of Turn the Ship Around! (A) Leaders Flexibility and Adaptability In the case study, Turn the Ship Around, we are presented with a leader that that is very passionate not only about leadership but empowering his people to take ownership of their responsibilities and feel as though they have the authority to make decisions on their own. Our textbook defines the path-goal theory as to how leaders motivate their followers to accomplish goals (Northouse, 2019).
