This paper outlines a reflective journal that integrates current clinical issues and practice knowledge acquired during the Week 10 as it applies to my Professional Capstone and Practicum course. Reflection on the personal knowledge and skills on practice immersion clinical experiences gained will be discussed. Variable combination of new practice approaches, inter- professional collaboration, health care delivery and clinical system process, ethical considerations in health care, population health concerns, the role of technology in improving health care outcomes, health policy, leadership and economic models and health disparities will be discussed. New Practice Approaches One of the exciting aspects of participating in the health care field is the discovery of new techniques, treatments, and technologies that improve the quality of care and improve health outcomes. The development and evaluation of new Practiceis based on evidence-based results which aims to increase the use of high-quality clinical research in clinical decision-making (Vine, 2016).During my program I observed that the incorporation of new practice approaches in healthcareis the conscientious, explicit, judicious and reasonable use of modern, best evidence in making decisions about the care of patients is beneficial in the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of health problems.
