The longitudinal study is observational research extending over a more extended period
than other research types (Houser, 2018). I found this type of research to be more interesting
since it involves the same variables. This makes it possible to determine the potential risk
factors, their effects, and how to intervene. In this method, observing changes can be made and
applied in various fields, making it an accurate research method.
