It is in the Christian ethos to embrace and teach solidarity, human dignity, and common good for all individuals. Through Christian
taught traits, all individuals' responsibility is to ensure there is easy access to healthcare and the individuals get quality care. The
culture and Christian teachings of medical personnel are to ensure they offer quality services to all individuals. Thus when there are
inequalities, they should assist the population in fighting for their rights. A nurse and any medical personnel's goal is to bring change
and endorse programs that will benefit the people as they are leadership servants. According to Cuellar De la Cruz& Robinson
(2017), in Christian teaching, servant leaders should advocate for resolutions that will improve the less fortunate people's
opportunities. There is equality in Christianity; thus, the medical personnel advocating for resolutions should push for positive
health outcomes for all individuals. The Bible condemns inequality; therefore, these principles will help build the advocacy of
favorable health outcomes.
