Psychosis is seen in Alzheimer’s’ disease dementia, Parkinson’s disease dementia, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia and vascular dementia. 20-30% of the patients with Alzheimer’s disease dementia experience hallucinations and 30-40% experience delusions (Boland et al., 2022).
