Psychiatric emergencies are severe mental disturbances interference plans specified by family, patient, or social and the patient to be free from harm from themselves or others; to conserve the patient and /or others from imminent danger (Kim et al., 2022).For children or minors who have a mental illness, other than mental retardation alone, mental illness weakens the child’s capability to use age-appropriate control over self or mind, and activities and social relationships begin to show that children may control require treatment. A magistrate of the Clerk of Court will order and provide for protective custody, transportation and evaluation for an identified person within the first twenty-four hours.Subsequently a law enforcement officer must place the respondent in protective custody also within the first twenty-four hours after the incident. After that, the respondent is examined by a licensed psychologist or physician. If the patient is eligible -deemed dangerous and/or incompetent- to be committed to the hospital as an inpatient, the attending physician will sign an inpatient First Evaluation Involuntary Commitment Form. Another evaluation, which will be the second involuntary commitment assessment, must be finished within the next twenty-four hours. The detainee must go before a judge if they have not been released within ten days of the date they were taken into custody. If the patient satisfies the requirements for inpatient commitment, the attending physician will transport the detainee to a designated Mental Health Facility that is staffed around the clock. If the patient is not released within ten days of being taken into custody, they will be required to appear in court. The court determines the time spent in commitment, which cannot be longer than 90 days. A court order can terminate a commitment at any time at which point, a responsible adult willing and able
