Trustworthiness and rigor of observations and measures of the study tend to capture the degree
of confidence that data applied, via different forms of interpretations and methods is used to
reinforce the quality of findings of study. The researchers have established necessary protocols
and procedures for the surveys carried out in four institutions to be worthy of considerations by
their audience. Thus, the data provided by the four institutions in the qualitative research are
credible, dependable, can be verified or confirmed and hence promote transferability as
information availed by researchers can be authenticated.
On the other hand, credibility reinforces the confidence in the information provided by the
participants through the outcomes or findings of study. To establish credibility, the researchers
engaged with the participants through triangulation for considerable period of time using
standard procedures in form of questionnaires easily understood by participants.
What strategies were used to establish credibility?
The four institutions involved were credible in different capacities. As a result, participants were
more likely to share information required when their confidentiality is protected. Thus, by

variations of participants to answer same questions and data was collected from four institutions.
