The reason for pursuing the chosen specialty

Various reasons have led me to pursue the family nurse specialty course. One of the reasons is that it will allow me to get personal growth. As an RN I am always focused on improving my skills and knowledge on the process of delivery of patient care. This will be possible if there is progressive learning including the need to pursue the course. The second reason is that I intend to succeed in the provision of patient-centered care. The course will allow me to learn about the specific needs of different persons or age groups. This will therefore allow me to enhance the quality of health of patients. The other reason for pursuing this course is for personal satisfaction. I am always focused on the acquisition of knowledge and being able to apply the knowledge in the delivery of patient care services. The application of the knowledge that is gained would help in the identification of the steps for the improvement of personal skills in the future…
