For example, the development of COVID 19 has affected how patients receive healthcare information because there are fewer nurses to take care of the significant number of patients visiting healthcare facilities. The ratio of nurses to patients is alarming because the country still needs more nurses who will help in providing quality healthcare services to patients. The shortage of nurses forces the few nurses in healthcare facilities to work more hours to provide care.
