(2018), the errors that occur in the heath setting in many instances occur when one is faced with issues of being unable to get the right information as a result of the lack of effective reports from those leaving the shifts. The idea that is proposed is that in the health setting there is a need for reporting in the bedside during the shift for nurses. This is an important step that could allow for nurses to get all the information from the patient and the nurses at the same time.
