Legislature: Information Needed and Process for Proposal

I would contact the local Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), State
Senate, and representatives' house. I would send my proposal to the secretary of
state senate, which will introduce my proposal to the Senate and representatives'
house. Having appropriate and sufficient data in my proposal to present to the
stakeholders will ensure the Bill's passing. In my proposal, I will ensure there is
entailed local research and suggestions from the community. The aim of sufficient
data and information on the research is to ensure that the involved stakeholders are
stimulated to accept the proposal and intercede on the go-ahead. With the hope that
the Bill passes in the state Senate and house of representatives, I will look forward
to presenting it to the department of health and human services. I believe that having

effective communication through the proposal will cut across all individuals in the
legislators. It will also create relations among the various institutions as they will
have understood the need for patient advocacy in changing healthcare policies.
