I also demonstrated ethical accountability by taking corrective action to prevent future breaches. This ethical approach ensures that patient trust is maintained, and the organization continues to prioritize patient welfare in accordance with both the ANA Code of Ethics and the workplace code of ethics (Wentworth et al., 2019).
