The community that has been selected for this investigations is the Tamiami, Miami, Florida. This is a suburban community and is considered to be one of the largest communities in the county who are living in their apartments

Tamiami made up of a population of 56,225 persons as provided in the report by U.S. Census Bureau. (2020). The community is found in Miami Dade County. The persons who are living in this community get a suburban feeling and most of the persons in the community own their homes. The community occupies an area of 19.24km2 with an elevation of 91cm. There are many institutions in the community one of which is the Florida National University- South Campus.

The healthcare issue that has been identified is pediatric asthma. This is an asthmatic condition among children. The healthcare issue has become common due to the exposure of children to unhealthy air as alluded to by Serebrisky and Wiznia (2019).
