Some nurses are still faced with challenges in understanding how to get the certification or any need for getting the certification. With the lack of enough knowledge on the certification process, there is a need for ensuring that one learns and uses the ideal processes of care and that ensure that patients can make use of the various health standards and strategies for better patient care. In the process of determination of the healthcare needs of patients and the knowledge of the nursing community, there is still a need to consider the need for having further education of the healthcare staff. The concern that has been identified is that healthcare providers do not have an understanding of information on nurse certification. The process of implementing the proposed changes in the health setting helps to enhance the chance of nurses supporting the need for certification. The other finding is that the issue of certification and the procedures that are to be implemented for the successful certification of nurses is still not attained in the health setting.

There are positive changes in the implementation of the various interventions in patient care and the steps that are taken when carrying out outpatient care services and activities. One of the advantages of the communication with nurses on the need for getting a certification is that there should be support on the complete measures of care and that there is a need for having a complete aspect of care and the need for having a complete inclusion of all the healthcare providers in the process of delivery of patient care services. This is an important factor as well in that there will be ease in the creation of the ideal needs and services for patient care standards and services. There will be a need as well for ensuring that patients will be able to set up the necessary standards and qualities for handling the patient care services.
