The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is one of the Department of Health and Human Services’ key operating components. The main objective of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is to assist healthcare advancement, protection, and readiness by overcoming all diseases and assisting populations across the United States. To that end, the CDC undertakes essential scientific knowledge that protects our country from unsafe deadly diseases. Moreover, along with numerous health initiatives such as vaccine marketing, contagious preventative medicine, and disease surveillance. 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) serve the purpose, to offer protection from deadly diseases, and enhance the system of public health as it is the country’s department of health. A further approach is to monitor and control illness, its roots, and methods to avoid it. Additionally, improve public safety by identifying and countering new bacteria and ailments. To save even more lives by reducing waste, the CDC applies scientific understanding to hospitals and community health. They believe to nurture human safety by participating in the development of better healthcare leaders and possibilities to protect Americans from health threats (“CDC organization,” 2021).
