Lack of patient and family information about concerns about the provision of high-
quality care is one of the significant problems in healthcare. These people must know the general
care services offered in hospitals and other medical facilities. Understanding nursing care
procedures, patient therapy, and the patient's general condition are all part of this (Leigh &
Roberts, 2018). The conversations regarding Mr. Brooks' hypertension condition in the first three
assessments expanded upon in this examination. The patient was diagnosed with hypertension in
2021, and he claims that quitting his employment has made it harder for him to get the resources
he needs to manage the ailment and its repercussions. My intention as a professional to
emphasize the necessity of employing evidence-based strategies in managing chronic conditions
like hypertension is consistent with the problem-focused approach. In addition to advancing the
knowledge healthcare professionals need to implement improved hypertension management
strategies in modern care settings, the insights in this research are essential in aiding Mr. Brooks
in improving his condition
