In this policy proposal, there will be an evaluation of appropriate healthcare laws and regulations together with their applications and impacts on procedures within a health care team or organization. This will be followed by the creation and application of ethical and culturally conscious policies which, improve health outcomes for individuals, organizations, and populations as well. There will be an evaluation of different suitable indicators of performance such as the best practices for the healthcare policies and laws, research and benchmarks. Finally, there will be a development of strategies to promote the collaborative operation of different professionals in the organization with the policymakers, colleagues, and stakeholders to address various forces such as environmental and governmental.
