My nursing philosophy is built upon the description of nursing as a noble profession which aims at provision of care for the ailing and the well to promote health and well-being (Steelman, 2014). The propagation of this philosophy is founded on ethical practice and interconfessional collaboration in care provision (Bosch & Mansell, 2015). Personal concepts of nursing My philosophy is founded on three nursing concepts; the nursing metaparadigm, the concept of inter-professional collaboration and professionalism.
