The 8-year-old male reported symptoms of schizophrenia. The patient has a history of being humiliated at school. Before the delusions and hallucinations, the patient displayed fear and depression. During the evaluation, the patient displayed echopraxia, echolalia, and rocking of the neck. The patient is unmotivated, however, and has misleading references. Bruises and cuts in her arms and legs. The patient became agitated and aggressive throughout the session. Clozapine and risperidone antipsychotic medications have been administered. The session has been interrupted.
