Conversely, one of the things that was expected before the assessment and was confirmed was that the few nurses who experience incivility may be hesitant to bring forward the issue publicly due to fear of losing their jobs, irreversible stigma, causing controversy or even being seen as a complainer. These nurses also feel that they may be removed from a particular program hence tend to avoid conflict that would come forth when they express their concerns. However, this ought not to be the case as the organization does not tolerate unsociable behaviors (Clark, 2015)
