Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse:
Notes: Lindell has worked as the dean in the school of nursing since 2013 and has had experience in the academic programs in nursing at the university. She has been one of the older educators in the institution and with her experience, I can learn various things including the process of ensuring that I attain the required credits in each academic year for me to graduate within the shortest time possible. Her expertise as a nurse as well could be instrumental in that it will allow me to get to learn how to plan my academic prowess without a challenge. The skills that are gained in the nursing practice may help in in future and there is a need for standing my ground on the need for taking part in the activities of nursing. The dean will be in the right position to help me to get an allocation of the areas that I could implement the lessons learned. This is fundamental in that it allows me to make changes where necessary on my academic program.

Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse:
Notes: The program director will not only help in the process of allowing me to set up the necessary steps of handling the nursing programs but will help me as well in planning on how to carry out my education and practice as a nurse while pursuing my MSN. The program director is supposed to help students to make the right choices on the programs that are in line with one’s goals as depicted by Kelly et al. (2021). The program director will therefore help me to get to learn of the different available programs and the choices that are supposed to be made and when the choices are made. The other reason for choosing Mr. Hall is that he has an understanding of the practice skills that are needed in nursing and the necessary units that are supposed to be taken for the attainment of these units. The other reason for choosing the program director is that he will help me to learn how I can be able to complete my academics on time and the requirements that would useful for the identification of the scope of practice that one will aim to attain and the necessary practice activities that should be applied to improve on the nursing activities in future.

Notes: Kendrick and Hughes (2021) argue that nursing practice is based on the experience that one gains with time from the guidance that one may receive from the other healthcare providers. Nursing practice is therefore a learning activity that one can learn to develop with time. The best way that one can develop their nursing skills is by interacting with a professional in nursing practice. The reason for the selection of Robyn is to help in learning the requirements that one is supposed to have for them to gain an understanding of what I am supposed to do to be able to get to learn how to advance on my practice standards. This is an important step as well in that there will ease in for me to set up my career goals depending on the guidance that I get from the healthcare provider. The best thing to be done is to ensure that one can put into consideration the ideas that are gained from the other members of the community and the best way to attain these skills is by interaction with the nurse manager.
