oI consider myself to be a transformative leader. Building trustworthy,
supportive, and open communication would be the leadership traits I
would use to positively change. Others would be encouraged, inspired,
and motivated to advocate change if I encouraged, inspired, and
motivated them. A leader can influence or modify others' views, values,
behaviors, and attitudes (Ganta et al., 2014). Employees can be easily
motivated and controlled by a leader with excellent leadership qualities to
encourage change (Atkinson, 2015). To enhance patient safety, quality
care, and outcomes, I will ensure that everyone shares in the vision of
change and empower them to promote positive change. Respect is the
leadership attribute I would use, and I would make sure that everyone
understood the importance of being polite to one another. Communication
is also crucial since it allows everyone involved to express their concerns
and frustrations about the scenario or other issues in the practice.
Suggestions for cooperation projects or group meetings so that everyone
feels included. While no universal definition exists, health leadership is
defined as identifying objectives, providing strategic direction to numerous
actors within the health system, and building commitment across the
health sector to achieve those priorities to improve health services.
