oI consider myself to be a transformative leader. Building trustworthy,

supportive, and open communication would be the leadership traits I

would use to positively change. Others would be encouraged, inspired,

and motivated to advocate change if I encouraged, inspired, and

motivated them. A leader can influence or modify others' views, values,

behaviors, and attitudes (Ganta et al., 2014). Employees can be easily

motivated and controlled by a leader with excellent leadership qualities to

encourage change (Atkinson, 2015). To enhance patient safety, quality

care, and outcomes, I will ensure that everyone shares in the vision of

change and empower them to promote positive change. Respect is the

leadership attribute I would use, and I would make sure that everyone

understood the importance of being polite to one another. Communication

is also crucial since it allows everyone involved to express their concerns

and frustrations about the scenario or other issues in the practice.
